Client - Fortune 50 IT major, with global sales of USD 100 Billion.
Mandate - Asia wide recruitment

Solution - We created a multi-lingual recruitment team based at our Asia recruitment hub in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Using the best in class recruitment technology platform the recruitment hub managed the end to end recruitment fulfillment cycle. The hub worked on over 800 open positions Asia wide and closed 600 of those positions over a 9 month engagement period. Other activities included talent mining from the region. We managed the Asia internship program and the client received regular analytics information on the process.

2006-07

Client - European Systems Integrator with global sales of Euro 3.9 billion.
Mandate - South East Asia recruitment

Solution - We provided a specialist on site recruitment team to operate from the client's office in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The onsite team worked to complement the existing HR staffing infrastructure and managed the end to end recruitment fulfillment cycle. The onsite team worked on over 80 mandates and closed 50 of them during the 4 months engagement. The onsite team  also re-calibrated the existing recruitment process by offering real time advise and managing the delivery expectations of various internal business units.

2007

Client - Global Computer manufacturer with global sales of USD 13 billion
Mandate - Asia Recruitment Technology implementation as part of global rollout.

Solution - With our experience of working with various global recruitment technology platforms we provided an onsite crack team for implementing the platform across the client's operating units in the region. The assignment has been divided in 3 phases with phase 1 nearing completion with achieving “go live status” in few weeks from now, for Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. The other phases involve India and Japan. The onsite team is complementing the current HR infrastructure in not only implementing but also working towards creating the training platform organization wide.
